Features
Everything a season actually needs.
Not a list of modules. These are the four kinds of work a season actually makes, and what handles each one.
01
Running the season
A season is a shape before it is a calendar. Set up the divisions and teams once, put the families on them, and every schedule, roster and reminder after that already knows who it belongs to.
-
Scheduling and calendars
Put the whole season in once: practices, games, tournaments and one-offs for every team. Families answer for each athlete, and the calendar on their phone follows every change.
-
Rosters and families
One family account holds every athlete and every adult who needs to know, and an athlete can play on as many teams as they really do. You pay for athletes, never for the second parent or grandma.
-
Divisions
Split the club the way you actually run it, by age group or level. Each division gets its own teams, schedule and roster without becoming a separate club.
-
Trial athletes
Add an athlete to the club for a trial period so they can get a feel for it, tracked like everyone else so nobody falls through the cracks.
-
Coordinators
Every club has someone who makes it happen. Give them a coordinator role and they can reschedule, run volunteer sign-ups, take attendance and bring in scorekeepers, for one team or the whole club, without the keys to everything else.
02
Talking to families
Most of what a club says has to reach everyone and still be findable on Saturday. Send it once, to one team or the whole club, and it lands in the app and the inbox, in the language each family reads.
-
Team messaging
Every team and division gets its own chat the moment it exists, with the whole roster and their families already in it. Nobody starts another group text, and nobody gets left out by accident. Collect for the end-of-season pizza with a Venmo or PayPal request right in the thread.
-
Email campaigns
Write one email to a single team or the whole club. It lands in every inbox and stays in the app, so nobody has to dig for it later.
-
Polls and forms
Take a vote or collect what you need, like shirt sizes, from one team or the whole club. Choose when results appear and whether names show.
-
English and Spanish messaging
Coaches write once. Each family reads messages, emails, campaigns and reminders in their own language, with the dates in those emails to match and the original words one tap away.
03
Getting through Saturday
Saturday is the day nobody has time to look anything up. Who is coming, who is on the gate, where the field is and what the score is, all answered before anyone has to ask.
-
Attendance
Mark who's there from your phone at the field, so the club knows who actually showed up, not just who said they would.
-
Volunteer hours
Post the jobs, let families claim them from their phone, and see who showed up and how many hours each family has put in.
-
Live scoring (for enabled sports)
Score from the sideline in the iOS or Android app. Families follow live in the app or on the web, and a shareable scoreboard link lets friends and family outside the club watch too.
-
Weather and directions
Upcoming games show the venue's forecast and a button that opens directions in your maps app.
-
Photos and video
The whole club shares photos and video in one place, tagged to the team, game, athlete or even a single play, so the season's best moments aren't scattered across forty phones.
04
The paperwork and the money
The jobs nobody volunteered for. Registration, releases, receipts and who is allowed to see what, done once so they stop coming back every season.
-
Family registration
Families sign up for the season themselves, filling in the forms and agreements you choose. You decide whether something missing is a reminder or a hard stop before they can play.
-
Releases and agreements
Liability, photo and medical releases and codes of conduct, signed in the app instead of on paper. Change a document and everyone is asked to sign the new version.
-
Expense reports
Coaches snap a receipt and the app reads the vendor, amount and date off it. Directors approve, everyone can see when it's been paid, and you can export the lot when the treasurer needs it.
Packages are sized by how many athletes you carry, and the larger ones add the club-level tools a multi-division club needs. Families never pay, whichever one you are on. See what the packages cost →
